Message	it.. my buddy just got a fix-it ticket - he has to change his exhaust, show that it has been changed, then change it back at his will. I think it was like a $300 penalty. I know of "someone" who has had no cats for almost 2 years with no problems... not saying any names though, but someone who is relatively active on the forum.
